No. Our monthly retained support has no long-term contracts. You can cancel any time. We believe in keeping clients by providing value, not by locking them into restrictive agreements.

No. We believe that health and safety documentation should be proportionate and specific to your business. We write practical, plain-English documents sized to your operations, not generic corporate paperwork.

What is the Featherstone Safety Hub?

The Hub is an online workspace provided to our clients. It's where your actions, Risk Assessment/COSHH registers, training matrix, and evidence library sit. It ensures your records stay live and organised instead of sitting in a folder that goes stale between visits.

Who will I be dealing with?

You will deal directly with Thomas Featherstone. There are no call centres or junior consultants. You get one qualified point of contact with 8 years of hands-on safety experience in high-risk environments.

We are a service-area consultancy covering the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire. We regularly visit clients in Oxford, Witney, Abingdon, Wantage, Didcot, Faringdon, Cirencester, and Chipping Norton.

Yes. We can take your business all the way from a starter compliance pack through to ISO 45001 and 14001 certification-readiness, including gap assessments, full implementation, and certification-body liaison.
