- Featherstone Safety provides competent health and safety advice and support. Acting as a client’s appointed competent person under regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 sits outside the standard scope of services and is not automatic. If you need a formal appointment, raise it directly so it can be discussed and agreed separately in writing.
